I was asked by Anonymous, How's things going,I haven't been on your blog in a long time.
Well, I hope she/he means well by asking because I have had kind Anonymous people and not so kind.I don't know who you are because you choose not to tell me.I'm not look to be condemned nor judged,but it's whatever.First I'll start with my daughter Sara, she is a senior this year can you believe that!? She has senior prom coming and she is very excited! She has had a good boyfriend for over a year and they are cute together...I think he could be the one.Sara is applying for colleges and looks to study in the medical field of nursing she made all A/B's except one C.Elizabeth is a junior and she is an A/B honor student, she is looking forward to junior prom!Elizabeth has a wonderful boyfriend also,and honestly I believe he is the one for her. Joni is an A/B honor student and is on beta club.Julie is going to pre-middle next year and she is an A honor student with the highest grade in her math class.Samuel is doing good in school,but has alot to catch up on considering the curriculum is based for first graders not "K" and I recently found out he may have to repeat "K" we are working extra hard that he don't have to but if he does, will not mean that I am not proud of him.My FIL is about the same although his appetite has increased alot,he eats 6 single packets of oatmael with flaxseed, and toast and that's just breakfast...he has also ate five egg omletts,and three toast...but he eats really good,and overall the same is better then worse so I'm happy with "Same."

Raymond and my marriage is good...and I look for to our 25th we are planning to renew or vows on the beach!
After moving to our new home I had alot of doubts,and fears...but God has shown faithful to us.We serve an awesome God!
My stepkids came out for CHRISTmas and that was awesome, we got to see two of our grandkids and found out a new grandbaby is on it's way! Tabitha is expecting!
We were blessed to buy three of our daughter's ipod 4th gen. off cr@iglist, the other daughter a netbook off cr@igslist and we got a great deal at T@rget for Samuel a Wii, so they had a great electronical CHRISTmas!
Things are going pretty good around the house,we had to replace the water heater, thank God is was under warrenty, and then my washer went out so we went and got a new set since my dryer has been taking four rounds to dry.We had our first snowfall Jan.2,2012...only a dusting, but Jan.12 school dismissed early because of expecting snow and school was out friday so the kids got a bonus holiday weekend!
As far as sickness we all have had our fair share...sore throats,fever,coughs,stomach bugs.
I discovered a cheap way to make homemade chicken potpies and everybody loves it!
Raymond's 50th birthday is coming up on Jan.26 I am planning to make him sweet and sour chicken with rice,ginger chicken,califlower w/ cheese,rolls, salad, and of course a birthday cake!
As far as missing Emily,Hunter and Heather I do...I always will,but God is giving me strength to handle the hurt better.Yes, I still shed tears for them,but that is or should be considering they are my children.
I have gave up on the thoughts of adoption I am happy and content with what the Lord has gave me...that is not to say I still have that longing to have more children but we all no that is impossible so I must be content.
Our home is nice,I still have not took many pictures of how I have it set up,it's really no big deal,I am by no means a house decorator...and really I don't think anyone cares to see it.
I have no new follows and I guess my blog is to boring to follow...I kinda want to just stop blogging and I really want too,but I recieved an email recently from a lady who lost her unborn child at 25 weeks and I was able to email her back...so I guess my blog is not all in vain.
If there is anything anyone wants to know, I rather you ask then just assume anything.I try to be honest,but I will not tolerate any hateful rumors, or comments.I am not saying the last commentor Anonymous is out to do this,but there are Anonymous out there that love to hurt other's.
My motto is if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say nothing at all,But if you must and get nasty expect a nasty reply back!

Day~30 I am thankful that I took Sara's senior pictures. We saved money and I got to spend time with her.I look forward to taking Elizabeth's senior photo's next year! Day~15 Today I am thankful to have our home almost the way I want/need it.I know some of you could have put it together in aweek after moving,but for me with five children,disabled FIL,and hubby it has taken me sometime.I am just thankful to have it almost completed, and hope to share pictures next month...as I am awaiting a very adorable shower curtain Raymond ordered me for our 18th anniversary.
I have decluttered alot and hope to have a yard sale in the spring to rid out what we just don't want/need anymore...I want our home/lives to be simple that away I don't spend most of my day cleaning house,cooking,laundry,etc...and can you believe we are only nine days away from Thanksgiving Day?
Have I mentioned Thanksgiving this year lands on Joni's 14th Birthday!
It's funny mine land's on Easter from time to time, Joni's Thanksgiving from time to time and Samuel's on Father's Day time to time...when our birthday's land on these special days...it blesses us more so, because not only are we thankful for these precious Holidays, but thankful to have each other and celebrate another year of life together.

Day~14 I am thankful for my childrens bus driver, Otis.He let's Samuel sit right behind him on the bus every morning.Samuel colored *Otis* a picture to hand in his barbar shop,and on the way home Otis gave Samuel a toy snake!

We give Otis snacks on special occasions like his birthday,halloween,and we plan something for next week since Thanksgiving is near!

Day~9 Today I am thankful for my children's education!
I sent my children to public school most of their lives,and then I homeschooled the girls for two years...I started thinking last year that I should start homeschooling again because of the worldly teachings,and thought about it right before we moved because I new nothing about the schools except they had high rankings.I have learned the schools here are great! They are not ashame of the gospel, they teach in a godly manner! The teacher's give you their phone number,send home notes of how much they love teaching your child...The school Julie and Samuel attended was teaching Samuel songs about colors,shapesand etc..but the school here teaches with hooked on phonics for the little one's and Samuel is reading already words ( I,like,am,the,cat,dog,goose,little,and,octopus,and afew other's I can't think of right now! I am very thankful for my children's education!

I have become a Rambler...continue reading if you want to hear my Rambling.
Our day in a simple,quick run down for those who don't understand,and by the way it is not completely set with each time as the timeline varies depending the situation at hand.
5:45am wake girls up for school
6:15 wake Samuel up for school
6:40am school bus
6:45-7am my morning prayer time
7:15am Think of dinner plans,layout what I need for dinner
7:15-9am start laundry,cooking FIL breakfast,get FIL medicines together to give him,test his blood sugar,fed my FIL
9am FIL bathing time
10:30 put clothes in dryer,and more in washer
10:30am-3:40pm clean house,fix my FIL lunch,fed him,laundry folded,start more laundry,take trash out,try to unpack more boxes,figure out where to put stuff,create a shopping list
3:40-3:50 kids home from school
4pm-5pm kids snack time,homework help
5pm-11pm start dinner,get food on plates,fed FIL,eat dinner,wash dishes/or load dishwaser,tell kids to put away their clean laundry,watch The Walton's with my FIL,put away dishes,bath time (no I don't give the kids a bath because they are old enough,but I do have to help Samuel with his hair),make sure everyone has their school clothes layed out for the next day,shoes are by door/or bed, backpacks by door,snacks in backpacks,Fil and kids snack,FIL medicines,kisses goodnight to the kids,tell FIL nighty night,alittle computer time reading blogs.
11pm-12:30am awake till FIL falls to sleep, could be later if he is having a hard night,because of the dementia.
12:30-5:45am sleep
this is just a simple day,some days are fuller if there is doctor appointments,and I did not include any of the times my FIL needs a diaper change or to get up with the hoarer lift,or how sometimes it takes an hour or more to fed him,or after bathting time if he has an accident.The quialty time we spend with him,when he needs us during the night.When the yard needs mowed,shopping day,or/and when anything happens.
Please understand,I am not complaining I just want other's to know this is not easy and this post How Do I Save Money, and How Do You Save Money?
was not intended for self pity,and I forgot to mention I use energy saving bulbs,and the house has new blown-in insulation in the attic.I don't try to worry about the future as none of us are promised tomorrow,but somedays when I am just so wore out,and everything seems to be on my mind I can't help but worry.I do trust God,and I do give my worries to Him,but then there is the human part of me and I pull the worries back to myself...I do apologize,and I hope each of you bare with me.
I trust God completely, it's just this old flesh sneeks in and gets the better of me somedays.
I want to thank my friend,Cheryl for sendig me the book by Focus on the family, Caring for aging loved ones.
I hope I don't lose friends or readers along the way,and I hope some how I am a help to other's...although I don't feel like I am.

How Do I Save Money, and How Do You Save Money?

I have been super duper busy unpacking boxes, rearranging bedrooms,taking care of my inlaws,caring for my sweet children and hubby and I could go on and on but I am not...saving it for another post.
I rarely get time on the computer, one of the many reason's I deleted my facebook account so if you can't find me there anymore that is why...I do hope to get more blog time after I get the house the way I want it.
I am tired...but I just wanted to share the few ways I try to save money and I am hoping that you all share your ways of how you save money too.
If you all remember awhile back I posted about our family losing alot of money,and how hard it was going to be...and now we have stepped into a 30 year loan, it makes my stomach turn every time I think of it.I am trusting God in this entire matter, and I can honesly say this is very hard and it puts alot of stress on Raymond and my marriage...we have now been married 18 years as of Oct.6,2011
As of right now I have been typing this post since saturday Oct.8,2011 and I don't know how long it will take me to actually get it all typed up...did I mention this is hard on our marriage?
Did I mention one if not both of us are crying everyday? We have taken on a Huge job if I may call it that...but that is for another post.
Don't get me wrong I love my inlaws, but it is so hard my FIL doctor told us to pull closer then we ever had in our lives in the past, that this is hard and don't take it out on each other...opps I started again...I need to stay focused on this post.
Okay here are a few ways I save money:
I took Sara's senior pictures!
Coupons, yes I am a coupon clipper I love coupons!
Just this past week I had alot of buy one get one free coupons on cleaning supplies,shampoos,food,toilet paper,and more I was so happy to save $100.00
off our shopping list.Yes, I bought shampoo,and cleaning supplies I already had, but I can set them back and know we have them.
I also make homemade laundry detergent, and dishwaser soap!
I use white vinegar to clean windows and mirrors.
I am trying new recipes that don't call for alot of meat, I would love crockpot recipes it would make it easier on me.
We try to fuel our van at night or early morning.
I wash our laundry in cold water, except bedding I do wash in hot water.
I look for sales and clearance all year long to buy Christmas for our children.
I buy off ebay and cr@igslist if it's what we need and is cheaper used.
Recipes for diswasher,plus you can use white vinegar for rinse.
Dishwasher Soap Recipe
1 cup Washing Soda generic works fine
1 cup Borax
half cup baking soda
I use a baby wipe box to store mine in.

Homemade Laundry Detergent
1/2 bar Fels Naptha Laundry Soap dryed out is best, grated
6 cups water
1 cup washing soda
2 cups borax

Heat 6 cups water and soap in a large pan until dissolved. Stir in washing soda and Borax. Mix and heat until dissolved. Boil 15 minutes. Remove from heat beware it can boil over and you can get burn and it makes a huge mess... In a 5 gallon bucket, add 1/2 gallon of cold water, then add the soap mixture. Mix it up...Please read all put mixture into your empty laudry detergent bottles I perfer to use 250 fl bottle...I fill the bottle half way and fill the rest with cold water. Let stand for 24 hours.
*If the detergent doesn't gel or it looks clumpy don't worry it still works...I play with the recipe from time to time and each time the clothes come clean!

What's Been Happening...

Yesterday morning, Raymond was in his daddy's room checking on him.My FIL usually sleeps till around 8-10am depending on his night he had...anyways Raymond was checking on him, and he opened his eyes looked at Raymond...closed his eyes back and begun patting his stomach.Raymond said, "Daddy,what are you doing?" He replied, "Patting your baby." Raymond said,"What baby?" He said,"Your little girl."
Raymond said,"What is her name?" He said,"I can't remember,but you have a boy too."
So, later that day we asked him if he remembered, at first he didn't then he said, "Oh yeah, I was rocking two babies a boy and a girl and they had black hair."
I think he was referring to Hunter and Heather...and just this past weekend he called me to his room and told me he was dying...I immediately ran to get Raymond and his sister who was out for a visit...praise the Lord Jesus my FIL got to feeling better.My heart is heavy for him, next to my husband he is one of the best men I have ever known.It makes my day to see him laugh and smile.I mean he is sick, and it is very trying times exspecailly when he tells me to go get his mother,and father...I don't have the heart to tell him they are in heaven, so I tell him they'll be back later.He also told me this past week my mother was here,and her and his mother was going to fix us supper...he has never meet my mother.I get so afraid his time on this earth is coming to an end...my heart is so heavy.Raymond talks to him about the Lord,and about his salvation, and I do too.I pray he will get better,but it is all up to the good Lord.

On another note me and Raymond celebrated our 18th anniversary on Oct.6 he bought me a dozen of red roses,a beautifully worded card,banana nut muffins with pudding in the middle and gave me $50...he is not the romantic type so all this surprised me!
There was a contest at the Elm school where Julie and Samuel go, the one to raise the most money would win upper grades King/Queen lower grades Prince/princess...Julie won Queen in her class,but not school wide...and Samuel won prince in his class,but not school wide.
I am proud of both of them because the money raised helps the school to purchase much needed equipment,books,etc.
I am still unpacking...yep...still.
I am trying new tactics on keeping my FIL up and it is working most days, he has slept all night the last few days and it's good for him,Raymond and me.
We have been putting the Honeymooners on for him, we bought him the collection on dvd, he loves them! I appreicate all the prayers, and kind words of advice it means alot to us.
I hope to get to blog more often, I have thought about starting a new blog...but I think I am going to keep this one as this is a storm, and I am sure this won't be the last one either and through the storms of life I am still serving the Lord...without Him what would I do? I love the Lord Jesus Christ!

What We Gave Up...

I am not trying to brag or complain, but simply state the facts of what we gave up to become full time caregivers for my inlaws...people, like some family and friends have no clue,but they love to condemn us.
Here is a list of what we gave up not in any certain order:
freedom to go out as a family,me or Raymond has to always be here.
To go to Emily's grave as a family and now we have to make a Schedule because she is buried so far from us, now.
We have less time with our children
Our home that was paid off in full
friends
Samuel was on a football team
Beth's JRROTC, which she had college cash built up,but now it's gone because the program is not here.
our dream of adoption
8 day 7 night paid in full florida vacation, we got this because of some of the mistakes a company made on our last vacation.
3 days 2 nights Gatlinburg,Tn
7 tickets to dollywood (we bought at school auction)
a booklet we bought full of mini vacations
2 tickets to holiday world (we bought at school auction)
4 tickets to lost river cave (we bought at school aution)
2 tickets to beachbend park (we bought at school auction)
4 Squire boone Cavern tickets (we bought at school auction)
weekend getaway for the family at the KOA (we bought at school auction)
We gave away the love seat that matched our couch so we could make room in our mobile for the hospital bed, we had not even owned the set for an entire year.
Our broyhill entertainment because it was to big for the new living room.
Our upright freezer because my MIL said we could just use hers,inwhich she changed her mind after we moved and we had to buy our own...
Our children were use to their schools, they love their friends...and now all has changed.
gave away almost all Raymond and my clothes because of how small our room is we couldn't fit our dresser/with mirror in it,however I'm keeping it in the basement although empty It is real wood and sturdy because someday we will get the larger room, hate to put it like that though because I do love my inlaws.
Our bills like water,electric,phone,cable,internet was cheaper (well there was a water increase after we moved),but still now everything has increased and it is so hard just the mere thought of taking all this in, my eyes start burning and tears just flow.
I can go on and on...but what would it really matter?
I'm not trying to get self pity, but this is so hard...probally in the end we will lose our home in foreclosure, and to look at the thiry years to pay it off heck Raymond will be near eighty years old...and I'll be sixy-six years old...I feel we have made the biggest mistake in our lives and I am worried sick about our future.
Here is our outlook from what we had...
Never anytime with each other out on a date,never get to go to the same place unless it's a doctor office.
Seperate times to see our daughter's grave, Schedule visits that will workout with all we have to do.
Less time with our children...really breaks my heart.
Our family time/vacations don't exist and the time we try to get together is spent in my small bedroom watching television because my mother inlaw don't want to hear the television, although she can barely hear, I really don't understand or she lays down as soon as the kids are getting home from school so they have to be very quite.This is not everyday she does this, but several times aweek she does, but I know with her age she gets tired, it's just hard trying to keep all five kids quite.
I am just expressing this is hard and it is taking all we had/have to do this...and with God's help we will.We are so tired at night, but we get up all hours of the night with my FIL because he is not mobile, we have to use a hoarer lift to get him up and down he is 250 lbs or more.
All this puts a HUGE stress on our marriage and I wish other's just understood what all we gave up, and what all we have to do.
With us going through this I want to cling to the bible verse; Matthew 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
and I know from time to time I will have to be reminded of it.I don't and I hope I don't sound like I am complaining or looking for self pity...I just really need alot of prayer.
I guess while trying to express myself I feel alittle better getting this off my chest...venting is therapeutic.

Where did the time go? My youngest daughter here on earth turned eleven years old today! We just had a small party considering her friends back home couldn't travel this far, and she is new at school.I do feel really sad that she had no friends at her birthday party...I hope next year is different.

The Move...

I was asked by one of my dear friends, Cheryl a few questions about our new home.
We lived in a three bedroom single wide mobile home, which was not big enough once Raymond's parents moved in...we had nine people living there.
We took out a bank loan which is a thirty year loan, it makes me nervous, but we are totally trusting the Lord in all this.
Raymond looked at many houses, most were to small, had mold problems..etc. with the loan amount it was looking dim...I stayed home with Raymond's dad since he is not mobile to take care of him.
I prayed in silence that if our real estate agent brought her dog along when Raymond went to see a house, or if a stray dog would greet Raymond and the kids that would be the house for us...and it happened!
A stray dog appoarched Raymond and the kids, she was friendly as could be!
Elizabeth called me and was telling me how there was a friendly dog at the house and I said, Really?
I had not said a word about a dog appoaching or anything it was between me and God only...I had to tell Elizabeth what was taking place!
So, we knew this was the house for us!
It is almost seventy eight miles from our old home...we have had to adjust and still are adjusting...this is country living at it's best!
The kids board the same bus in the morning and arrive back home at the same time.
Yes, we all miss our old home everything is different in so many ways...new home...new schools...new neighbors.
We are about an hour and a half from our old home, so things are abit different.
It is kind of scray, but God is in control and we trust Him completely.
The kids are adjusting to the new schools.The middle and high school is made together, but divived by double doors in the building, and none of the kids have to wear uniform!
It's beautiful here, I love how I can look out back and see the cows...and when we are waiting on the bus in the morning you can hear them moo!
I am still working on making this house a home, I'll be glad when I have everything where it belongs...and I hope to share pictures very soon...but for now here is a picture of the dog...oh and did I mention she was a stray and after Raymond and the kids had left after previewing the house she hung around for about aweek and left and has never came back...the lady who owned this house before us was a Christian also and God worked this all out for all of us...well here is a picture of the dog, I call her Esther...and IF she comes back and no one claims her I plan on keeping her! Doesn't she look like she is smiling? I love this picture, it's the only one Raymond took of her.

Yes,they live with us because of their health issues.I love them to death!
It is not an easy job,my father inlaw is not mobile we have to use a lift to get him up bless his heart, but they are so worth it!
We have took a huge leap of faith trusting God completely to lead us and show us the way...Raymond promised he would never see his dad or mom go to a nursing home because that was somewhere they did not want to go so we are keeping their wishes.I hope to share pictures soon of where we are...
I'm trying to catch up on my blog readings...we just now got internet!

We got the call we have been waiting on Aug.24..which had got back to the person on Aug.23, but when she went to read it her computer locked up...
So, Aug.24 we got the call everything is good to go!!!!
Later that day we got another call...
put a hold on everything...we are not good to go.
Yesterday, on my dad's birthday we were told again we are good to go!

Still no news...we did however get a call, but it was only to let us know it will be later today or tomorrow...and that even if that comes back there is still along waiting process as it has to be handed to another person.
I thought this was going to be the longest process and to find out different is hard, but I know the Lord is in control and whatever the outcome be, I am excepting it because I believe it will be God's will.
I do want to tell you all this is not an adoption process.
This is, however a Huge step for our family and we all want to thank you for praying for us...may the Lord bless you and your families.

The hardest thing in my life as I type right now, I would have to say waiting.
I have trouble with waiting, it drives me crazy!
Waiting is a challenge for me...my mind tends to play out the answers to the questions I await.
I always jump to the worse case scenario.
My family is waiting on a phone call.
We thought we would get it today, but we heard it maybe tomorrow.

My heart is overwhelmed for so many reason's...I'm sure I'm knocking holes in heavens door, but prayer is all I have to give to so many hurting people.
My mother inlaws sister who is only 22 months older then her passed away last night...
and the little two year old girl who drowned in the Ohio river was my two daughter's best friends little cousin.
and my stepdaughters deleted me,my husband,and my children off facebook...
All I have is prayers...

With the end of school makes me a busy momma!
First off Julie had her choir concert May 3, yes on Emily's 3rd birthday.
Then she was in a play at school, it seems everyone of the girls had or will have a field trip, field day is coming also.
There's alot for me, but I enjoy the many wonders of being a momma!

Our friend Rubin is suppose to have radiation, chemo, and surgery please continue to keep him in your prayers.
A friend of my daughter Joni mother passed away, then another one of her friends two year old sister died from cancer.
A young girl I have known for around 13 years passed away this past saturday from heart problems she was only 28 years old.
This does not include all the heart breaking things I have read on the news.
My heart is heavy for these families, will you please pray with me.

I have been a mother for nearly 18 years to my two beautiful stepdaughters,my handsome step son,and then came my beautiful daughter's,twins,and son and my last daughter.I have raised my nephew along the way too.I have been blessed even through my sorrow God has been good to me.

Today also marks three years since Emily's funeral,we have seen her,kissed her little face.Today is bittersweet as I celebrate Mother's Day,but I am reminded it's been three years also.I will post Emily's balloon release pictures soon, but I thought this one is fitting for today since the balloons have 3's on them.

We got a prayer request this morning and upon reading it I found out our friend Rubin has colon cancer. Raymond and Rubin have been friends for almost 30 years, they ran bus routes together at church.Rubin is one heck of a soul winner, he loves the Lord Jesus, he still to this day runs bus routes, sunday school teacher,deacon at church.Please pray for this solider of the Lord and his family.Rubin's wife Mary has been sick for over 20 years and he stayed faithful to our Lord serving Him through their storm.This same man also carried our baby girl Emily to her resting place, and he has been a great friend to Raymond.Thank you for all your prayers, he will be having another scan tuesday to determine the treatment plan needed. Our God is BIG and can do anything, nothing is impossible with God! God can heal Rubin and we believe that! God can take the cancer away to the point that the doctors will find nothing at all tuesday and the doctors can see the power of God if it's God's will...please my friends will you pray for him?

Today as many of you know is Emily's 3rd Heavenly Birthday.It's not going the way I want it too.We had planned a balloon release, but with rain in the area Raymond said, we need to postpone intil tomorrow and it upsets me, is that selfish?
I feel like I'm letting her down not showing up at her grave on her birthday and it breaks my heart.I love her so much, and I miss her so terriblely bad.
I found this picture last night and I thought what a special reminder that Jesus holds our little ones when we can't.

I hope I don't get any rude emails from anonymous (she/he/they) love to attack on or around Emily's birthday and Mother's Day so I hope it's different this year.

Today is International Baby Loss Mother's Day it's also a bittersweet day we celebrate these sweet babies graced us to be mother's, but are not here with US.
This day is set aside for US mother's that have loss a baby/babies/child/children.

Emily's third birthday is in two days sometimes her birthday lands on International Baby Loss Mother's Day which makes that more bittersweet to have it land on her birthday or even around that week, her birthday is between International Baby Loss Mother's Day and Mother's Day, she is such a special little girl to me and I love her with all my heart and I miss her terriblely it doesn't seem like three years has almost passed,but I think that's part of God's grace for time to fly so it shortens our grief.
Before you know it we will be kneeling at the feet of Jesus, and getting to worship the one who loves us unconditionally and then we will see our loved one's never to part again!Praise the Lord!

My baby girl's third birthday is one week away so I changed my layout just for her.

Our Weekend

Our weekend was a fun-filled one!
Sara's junior prom was saturday April 23
I took her to get her nails done thursday because everyone was having their's done friday so we tried to get ahead of everyone else which we was still at the nail salon for 2 hours!
Of course we have been having alot of bad weather and right after we picked up Sara's boyfriend ( prom date) and arrived back home the sirens went off ( tornado warning!) we watched the news and it was not expected to hit our area, but was near us.I don't think one actually hit thank God!
Sara looked so beautiful! Her boyfriend bought her a beautiful corsage and they matched up so cute! We drove them to and from prom.

We didn't buy the kids anything except alittle candy this year for Easter, I mean we just got back from florida a few weeks ago and Sara's prom, I just wanted them to understand it's not always about gifts,but they were happy with their candy, and yes they all had an Easter egg hunt! They all was happy that the eggs had change in them! I figured with the money they found in their eggs they can buy them something they need or want instead of me just buying stuff they don't want since they are all getting older, with the exception of Samuel and Julie but they were happy with their money too.
I made baked chicken, mash potatoes,gravy,rolls,corn on the cob, mac n cheese with bacon and a peanutbutter pie for dinner!
After we ate, we watched Passion of the Christ for the first time ever, I cried. It broke my heart, I cry when I read the Bible of how Jesus was beaten, but wipe my tears away because Jesus Rose, He Is Risen!
I love Jesus so much!

Florida Spring Break 2011

As you all know we went to Florida for spring break!
We stayed in Orlando, but honestly none of us liked it there it was to commerical for us, and the place we stayed (secret lake) I would honestly never stay there again! While being in Orlando the only thing we enjoyed was swimming, watching the eagles, and going to Clearwater Florida and seeing the Gulf of Mexico!
We took the kids out on peir 60 to the very end, it was beautiful! The kids played on the beach, the park and posed with Captain Jack! We saw the pirate ship, and many other boats, and saw the sunset at Clearwater Fl, over all it was nice and yes we got burnt, except Julie, and Samuel...I was smart enough to put sun block on them, but the rest of us thougt we'd be okay.We ended up having an alleric reaction and had to take benadryl and rub ourselves down with aloe! We was sore for a couple days and we are still shedding our skin...lol
After our stay at Orlando, we went to Daytona! That was the best place we ever stayed we had ocean front and it was breathtaking! We could look out our windows and see the ocean, and the breeze was awesome enough so we left our windows open! We saw the sunrise, and I could not tell you how many dolphins we got to see! The dolphins were not real close, but close enough we saw them and I loved it! At Daytona I felt like a queen! We had a jucuzzi, full kitchen, ocean front, indoor pool, indoor hottub, 2 outdoor pools, 2 outdoor hottubs,resturant,bar area, kiddie pool, putt putt,bon fire area,kids park and easy access anytime to the beach! It was wonderful and we all hated leaving.When we headed home we stopped at serveral beaches, Flagler, St.Augustine and a few other's overall we loved it! Here are a few pictures of our wonderful family vacation, yes I did prob. go overboard posting so many, but I have over a thousand pictures, so I guess I didn't put to many.I think pictures speak louder then words, and I hope to share more of our families vacation pictures in the future! I wish these would have turned out better, but the tides were high at Daytona and Clearwater Fl Samuel was running around so I was a nervous momma.I wanted to explain I wrote each of the names at Clearwater and Daytona and had to choose which looks better some had our shadows in them so that is why the sand colors may vary in color...I hope everyone likes them though.I will do a post about our vacation very soon.
